This Associate will focus on representing plaintiffs in class action lawsuits, as well as individual actions, related to financial fraud matters, including securities, ERISA, consumer, and data breach actions.  In addition, the Associate may also assist the Firm’s world-class team of attorneys on a range of gender discrimination, Title XI sexual assault cases, qui tam and whistleblower matters, and wage and hour actions.
