The global law firm of Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath is actively recruiting an associate to join the Labor & Employment practice group in our Florham Park, New Jersey office. We are seeking candidates who are admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York and have three to five years of substantive experience in employment defense matters, including litigation and/or arbitrations, and EEOC administrative agency experience, as well as experience counseling employers on matters such as LOAs, workplace accommodations, employment agreements, handbooks, employee discipline and terminations.
We work in a highly collaborative group across our offices and pride ourselves on teamwork. We currently require one day a week in the office, and will continue with a hybrid working model until further notice. Candidates must have strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, a willingness to work across offices, and produce top quality work while managing multiple assignments concurrently.
