Job Description
Bricker & Eckler LLP is currently seeking an experienced attorney to join its Business Industry Group. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years’ of varied transactional experience in commercial finance, real estate finance and/or private equity transactions. Office location may be flexible.
Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments.
