Corporate Counsel will work as a trusted partner to efficiently review, draft and negotiate contracts common to the Biotechnology and Pharma industries, such as Master Services Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, Supply Agreements, Materials Transfer Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Consulting Agreements and Information Technology Agreements (Licensing, SaaS, etc.). Additional responsibilities include working in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, procurement and finance departments and contract managers in the negotiation and finalization of agreements.
