Renewable Energy Real Estate Associate

Husch Blackwell, a national law firm, has an immediate opening in its Boston office for a Renewable Energy Real Estate Associate with three to six years of experience preferred. The candidate should have experience with real estate transactional matters including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and project due diligence. Successful candidates will join our team and work on the development, construction, acquisition and disposition, and financing of renewable energy projects throughout the United States and internationally. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Renewable Energy Sector as part of a fast-growing, interdisciplinary team in multiple offices.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure.  The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action.  Candidates should have an active Massachusetts bar license or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
