Join T-Mobile’s All-Star Legal Team! We are looking for a motivated Corporate Counsel – Cell Site Leasing to provide legal counsel and support negotiations with landlord entities through the T-Mobile network siting and construction process. In addition, successful job candidates will be able to provide advice and counsel to network leadership and their teams.

What you’ll do in your role.

  • Negotiate and draft complex agreements
  • Advise the business in assessing significant risks in the context of broader strategic imperatives
  • Implement and achieve legal team initiatives, including the development or redesign of legal support processes to increase efficiencies and better align to the needs of the business
  • Support Legal Team Leadership
  • Experience managing a high volume of real estate related transactional contracts with landlords and governmental entities for installation or construction of cell sites (e.g., negotiating lease rights including site access, placement and use of antenna facilities, relocation of equipment and facilities, indemnification, and insurance clauses, etc.) under tight time constraints
  • Draft and negotiate complex lease amendments and settlement agreements
  • Draft and review complex real estate transfer documents (e.g., Assignment and Assumption Agreements, Bill of Sale agreements, etc.)
  • Develop and conduct trainings of peers and business partners
  • Team player with excellent written, verbal communication, critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Strong time management skills with emphasis on process efficiencies
  • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple responsibilities and effectively manage complex projects

The experience you’ll bring.

  • Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school & admission and licensed by a state bar
  • 5 -8 years of real estate experience in law firm and/or corporate legal department
  • Strong time management skills
  • Minimum Required

  • Collaborate with other legal and business professionals with a focus on delivering results efficiently
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused
  • Ability to work efficiently, meet demanding deadlines, and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
