Job Description

Hall, Render, Killian, Heath, & Lyman is the nation's largest law firm focused exclusively on matters specific to health care organizations.  Hall Render represents a wide variety of health care and physician organizations.  We are currently seeking an attorney with zero to two years' experience in employment-based immigration matters to join our Indianapolis office. Candidate will assist in preparation and filing of employment-based non-immigrant petitions with USCIS, assist with preparing PERM ETA 9089 applications, I-140 immigrant petitions, and I-485 applications.

We’re Looking for:

  • J.D., or anticipated J.D. by June 1, 2024 from an accredited law school.

  • Admitted to practice law in Indiana, ability to transfer license, or have the ability to become licensed within one year.

  • 0-2 years of legal experience (ideal), with a strong academic record.

  • Exceptional communication, writing, research, and analytical skills.

  • Experience in Healthcare immigration is preferred, though not required.
