Job Description

Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP is actively recruiting a junior, partnership-track Associate to join its technology transactions and intellectual property licensing practice in our Minneapolis, Chicago, or Washington, DC office.  Our ideal candidate will possess 2-4  years of technology transactions and intellectual property contract drafting and negotiation experience, including technology licensing, outsourcing, and IT transactions, as well as merger and acquisition support. Candidates must have strong academic credentials and a willingness to learn; work experience in the computer sciences or information technology sector is a plus. The candidate will work on interesting and challenging matters in a thriving and fast-paced practice. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn are required.
