This position is located in the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) of the Library of Congress (Library). The incumbent serves as a Senior Attorney-Advisor, providing expert legal experience and support on all aspects of administrative law. The incumbent often deals with matters of such scope and complexity that they require the concentrated efforts of several attorneys or other specialists. In such circumstances, the incumbent is normally responsible for directing, coordinating, and reviewing the work of the team.
