The Noble Law is seeking a mid to senior level Litigation Associate to join our team. We are currently seeking a mid to senior level Litigation Associate with a minimum of four to six years of experience. Associate attorney will be responsible for taking and defending depositions, responding to and propounding discovery, pre-trial work, research and writing.

Required Qualifications 

  • Juris Doctor from ABA accredited law school and current, active bar license in the state of North Carolina.  
  • Well-versed in federal and state employment law, rules of civil procedure, and rules of evidence.  
  • Highly skilled at legal research and writing with exceptional critical thinking skills 
  • Effective at taking and defending depositions. 
  • Powerful high stakes negotiation skills. 
  • Adroit interpersonal skills for communication with clients and opposing counsel. 
  • Independent and proactive case management. 
  • Skilled user of technology. 
  • Commitment to the vision and values of the Firm.
