We are seeking an associate to join our corporate and transactional practice in our DC, Hartford, New Haven or Stamford office. Candidates must have three to five years of general corporate and transactional experience in a law firm setting, including experience with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, financing transactions, joint ventures and drafting and negotiating transaction documents. Candidates must be self-starters and must be able to manage due diligence investigations and work as a member of a team on complex transactions.
