ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY- SAN DIEGO, CA
Sanford Heisler Sharp, LLP seeks an associate attorney for immediate hire with 2 to 5 years of experience in litigation, 1 to 2 years of which may be clerkship experience. Associates are expected to work collaboratively with other lawyers, staff, and clients to develop claims for mediation and litigation. Associates are also expected to conduct legal research; draft legal documents (including pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, mediation statements, discovery responses, and settlement agreements); provide legal advice to clients; assist and participate in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, trials, and court hearings and conferences; and attend industry, networking, and community outreach events.
