The Washington, DC Corporate Team seeks an associate with four to seven years of experience to join its Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. Candidates should have experience in sophisticated public and private merger and acquisition transactions and securities and corporate governance matters. The ideal candidate will also have a strong academic record, exceptional analytical and writing skills and be a true team player.
