Lowenstein Sandler is seeking an attorney with 3-5 years of estate planning/administration experience to join our Roseland or NYC office. Required skills include estate planning (drafting wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney, medical directives, GRATs, CLATs, CRUTs, ILITs, dynasty trusts, gift agreements, etc.; assist in counseling high net worth clients on estate planning) and estate/trust administration (assist in representing executors throughout the process of estate administration; assist in planning/executing strategies including decantings, trust modifications, purchases/other transactions, severances, and settlement agreements). Experience with fiduciary litigation and prenuptial/postnuptial agreements is a plus.
