About Stoel Rives and the Real Estate, Development & Construction Practice
With more than 60 attorneys, Stoel Rives has the largest Real Estate, Development & Construction practice team in the Pacific Northwest. Our attorneys pride themselves on providing companies in the real estate development industry with strategic and practical legal advice.
As a member of the Real Estate, Development and Construction team, you can look forward to being part of a dynamic practice with other lawyers and professionals who thrive in a stimulating, collaborative environment.
Like all of the firm’s practice groups, the Real Estate, Development & Construction team at Stoel Rives greatly values diversity. In 2019, fifty percent of income partner promotions, and fifty percent of new hires identify as women, racial and ethnic minorities, and/or LGBTQ+ lawyers.
The Seattle office of Stoel Rives is seeking an associate with 3 to 7 years of sophisticated construction litigation and contract drafting experience for its Construction and Design subgroup. You will work on a number of construction and design contracts, using different project delivery systems, as well as a wide variety of litigation matters related to construction projects, both public and private.
Members of our team can expect to benefit from involvement in the local business community and major development projects, high quality mentoring and training, cross-office collaboration, and meaningful client contact.
