The Outsourcing  and Technology practice of Hunton Andrews Kurth seeks two Associates with two to six years of transactional experience.  This practice handles leading edge technology matters for some of the largest, most dynamic retail, consumer products, energy, financial services, healthcare and manufacturing firms in the world.  Current projects include:  global services transactions for a leading retailer, a top aerospace firm, and one of the nation’s largest utilities; the nationwide roll-out of a suite of unique cryptocurrency products; and a broad range of technology transactions for a leading fast casual restaurant chain, a leading global cosmetics maker, and a global pharmaceutical company. Related experience is ideal, but not essential. A strong candidate will be personable, technology-savvy, and have a strong academic background, outstanding analytical ability, excellent drafting skills and be both detail-oriented and able to demonstrate leadership and initiative. Candidates also should display an interest in a tech-focused, client-centered practice and the ability to work effectively and be a contributing member within a team of lawyers in the firm's nationally-recognized practice group.  These positions may be filled in our Richmond or Washington, DC offices. Hybrid remote working models may also be an option for the right candidate, depending upon the level of experience and a demonstrated ability to successfully work remotely in Virginia or Washington, DC.
