Job Description

Bricker & Eckler LLP is currently seeking an attorney to join its expanding Higher Education Law Team.  Successful candidates will have at least 2+ years’ experience in general higher education issues with a particular focus on one or more of the following: general litigation, administrative agency complaints, public records, student affairs, employment, investigations, Title IX, ADA, Clery Act, FERPA, financial aid, accreditation, data security and privacy, general transactional matters, and/or risk management.  Candidates should also possess exceptional written and oral communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.  Office location may be flexible and part/full-time arrangements are welcome.
