We have an opportunity for a Litigation Associate position in our New York City office who has three or more years of experience in products liability and/or toxic tort, including asbestos and/or talc litigation in New York State.   The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience taking a case file from inception through resolution, strong verbal and written communication skills, and good academic credentials. The candidate must be a self-starter and possess the ability to multi-task. Working with others in a team-oriented environment is essential.

 Qualifications • Minimum 3+ years insurance defense litigation experience • Must have experience in products liability and toxic tort, including asbestos and/or talc litigation  • Trial experience preferred but not required • Must be admitted to practice in New York  • Strong deposition and court conference experience needed • Admitted to practice in New Jersey a plus.
