The Board’s Division of Consumer and Community Affairs (DCCA) is seeking to fill a position that will play a senior role in the development and implementation of Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) supervisory policies, including efforts around CRA modernization.
Depending on the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications, the Board will select a candidate from the following job titles and grade levels: Senior Attorney (FR 27) or Counsel (FR 28). The position will work under the general supervision of the manager of the CRA team.
The Senior Attorney, having established extensive expertise, interprets consumer financial services laws and other regulatory matters and handles complex assignments in major subject areas, including matters with no clear-cut precedent.
