We have an immediate opening for a  Senior Banking & Finance Associate  with a minimum of five years of experience. General commercial finance experience is required, including commercial real estate lending, asset-based lending, dealer finance, and sponsor/acquisition finance. Experience with commercial real estate lending is preferred. The candidate should be interested in business development and experienced in closing commercial loan transactions. Senior Counsel will work under the direction of General Counsel and Associate General Counsel - Labor & Employment. This role will provide legal counseling, advice and representation on a variety of labor, employment, benefits, and worker's compensation matters. Applicants can expect to make between $140,000 to $170,000 upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors.
