Staff Attorney Position The Environmental Integrity Project (EIP) is accepting applications for a Staff Attorney to join our team working to hold industrial polluters accountable for compliance with the Clean Water Act and other environmental laws. Working with EIP’s team of lawyers and analysts, the Staff Attorney, who will support EIP’s Clean Water Programs, will work to reduce water and other pollution from industrial polluters through litigation and federal and state administrative permitting and rulemaking processes.
