Legal Aid of Western Missouri’s Kansas City office has an immediate opening for a full-time attorney for our Protecting Immigrant Families Project.  The successful candidate must be licensed to practice law in Missouri and be committed to serving clients with limited English proficiency who are survivors of domestic violence.  It is preferred the applicant filling this position be bilingual in Spanish and English, however it is not required.  Job duties include maintaining a caseload representing clients in Full Orders of Protection under the Adult Abuse Act in Clay, Jackson Platte, and Cass Counties.
