Effectively handle litigation and transactional cases, from initial intake until final appointment or individual hearings and prepare and file appeals where necessary.
Represent clients in immigration litigation and administrative hearings including Board of Immigration Appeals, Administrative Appeals Office, 9th Circuit Court, and Federal District Court (writ of mandamus, etc.)
