Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting an associate to join the Product Liability & Mass Torts practice group in either our Los Angeles or San Francisco office. Attorneys in the group represent leaders in a wide variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, medical device, food, agribusiness, and automotive. Our associates receive hands-on training and experience managing discovery and going to trial on interesting and complex matters.
Our ideal candidate will have five or more years of litigation experience, including deposition and substantive brief writing experience. Product liability experience, a medical background, mass tort and/or trial experience is a plus. California bar admission is required.
