The Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM), a U.S. Government agency providing financing to support export of U.S. goods and services, seeks to fill the position of Assistant General Counsel, Administrative Law, in its Office of General Counsel. The AGC (supervisory position) oversees legal aspects of administrative, personnel, fiscal, procurement, and other laws, and assists in formulation and implementation of legal, policy and personnel practices for OGC.
