Description Role Summary The Privacy Counsel will support development and execution of innovative data-driven business initiatives while ensuring compliance with global data privacy, cyber and data protection law, and will participate and contribute as a privacy team member on projects to generally drive the continued improvement and implementation of Pfizer’s global privacy program. This attorney will be involved in real estate matters throughout the country and will represent both developers and lenders in the areas of acquisition, development, construction and financing. Pennsylvania bar admission or eligibility to waive in is required.    We are seeking candidates with two to six years of experience in broad based real estate matters including leasing, agreements of sale and financing. Experience in Philadelphia zoning and portfolio sales are considered a plus. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required.
