JOB SUMMARY
The Paralegal provides litigation and administrative support to the ACLU of Virginia’s legal team. This includes, but is not limited to, preparing litigation documents for filing, maintaining files and records, and assisting in case development. The Paralegal also manages the ACLU of Virginia’s intake program, including managing the process for reviewing requests for assistance, overseeing the intake database, and ensuring appropriate responses are sent.
