About the role:
As a Attorney Advisor, you will review administrative appeals for the purpose of identifying and analyzing complex legal issues in order to provide recommendations concerning these issues and to develop proposed Board actions.

What you'll do:
Reviewing cases for jurisdictional impediments and drafting both jurisdictional and substantive recommendations and decisions.
Providing legal advice on policies, regulations, and guidance issued by CMS, the nation?s largest health care payer.
Reviewing Medicare Part A cost report payment disputes, challenges to CMS final rules, CMS quality determinations, Medicaid State Plan Amendment denials, Medicare Advantage contract expansion denials, etc.
