Introduction

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the HNBA Career Center. The HNBA Career Center reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.


Services Provided

Fulfilling our mission through action, the HNBA Career Center assists Employers in reaching and recruiting top diverse legal talent, while also offering career opportunities to Diverse Legal Professionals. The HNBA Career Center brings Diverse Job Seekers and Employers together:  Employers can register and create profiles/job posts, while Job Seekers can search for jobs and apply for jobs directly through the employer's website.

 
Job Posting Process and Payment Options

Employers accessing the HNBA Career Center can log in and create an Employer Profile, choose job products, manage and post job listings. Job listings can be posted individually or as part of unlimited packages for six (6) and twelve (12) month durations. 

All job postings expire within sixty (60) days. If job postings are closed at Employer's request before the sixty-day (60) day period, fees will not be prorated, and no money will be refunded. 

Payment is required at time of posting online directly through PayPal using approved credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). If an Employer wishes to be invoiced for a job posting, they must complete the HNBA Job Posting Credit Card Authorization Form and email it to careercenter@hnba.com to receive an invoice. The job will be posted upon confirmed payment submitted for the invoice.

 
Privacy Policy

The HNBA Career Center collects personal data for Employers who post jobs and for Job Seekers who sign up for job alerts and searches. For Employers, personal data includes a company name which is mandatory, an email address which is mandatory, a website which is mandatory and a telephone number which is optional. For Job Seekers, personal data includes email address, which is mandatory.

Personal data provided by Employers and Job Seekers may be used by the HNBA Career Center to notify site users of any news via email and/or send promotional offers relating only to the HNBA Career Center website. Users can unsubscribe from these notifications at any time.

The HNBA Career Center will not disclose user personal data to any third party.


Website Use

The HNBA Career Center may not be used for any of the following purposes:

  1. To contact HNBA Career Center users regarding any issue apart from the purpose of recruitment.
  2. To contact HNBA Career Center users to offer any services from a 3rd party company.
  3. To post any illegal content.

The user is required to provide truthful information in their profile or job post.

It is prohibited to use any text or images from the HNBA Career Center for personal or commercial use.
 

User Information

The HNBA Career Center does not hold responsibility for any untruthful and/or inaccurate information included in job posts and profiles.

The HNBA Career Center reserves the right to edit or delete any information submitted by the user to the website.


Liability

The HNBA Career Center will not be responsible for any loss or damage the user may encounter from using the website.
