Legal Assistance of Western New York, Inc. is a nonprofit civil legal aid organization, providing free representation to low-income individuals in 14 counties of Western New York. LawNY® represents individuals dealing with various civil legal problems in the areas of housing, public benefits, health care, disability, employment, elder law, and more. LawNY has seven fully staffed field offices in Bath, Elmira, Geneva, Ithaca, Jamestown, Olean, and Rochester, two satellite offices in Lakeville and Lyons, and a business office in Rochester.
