Teaching responsibilities are based on Baylor Law's curricular needs and applicant's experience; however, the primary teaching responsibility is expected to include upper-level courses in trusts and estates, wealth transfers, estate planning, marital property, and estate administration.   Research responsibilities include developing and implementing a research agenda in the individual’s area of expertise. The Faculty Appointments Committee also encourages applicants whose expertise lies in other transactional practice areas.
