While reporting to the General Counsel, primary responsibility is to provide guidance on Employee Relations and manage the Labor Relations functions of the College as well as any other general duties as assigned by the General Counsel. Directs Labor Relations programs in the area of contract negotiations and administration, employment law compliance, employment policy development, faculty complaints, grievances, and employment-related legal actions. Serves as advisor to senior management on labor issues to maintain efficient labor and employee relations in support of the College's goals and objectives. Per the direction and guidance of the General Counsel advises College stakeholders on legal issues relating to College operations in addition to labor and employment matters.
