The Assistant General Counsel serves as a legal advisor to the Firm and supports the General Counsel in identifying, evaluating, and managing legal, ethical, regulatory, and Firm risk. The role provides practical, business-focused counsel to Firm leadership, lawyers, Partners, legal services and business services teams; handles sensitive and privileged matters; and develops proactive strategies, policies, and training that protect the Firm while supporting its client service and operational objectives.
Essential Functions
· Advise the General Counsel, Firm leadership, partners, and business services leaders on legal, professional responsibility, ethics, regulatory, compliance, and risk management matters affecting the Firm.
