Core job responsibilities for this role will include:
* Leading and working collaboratively within cross-functional teams by advising on immigration and employment law issues, which may include the following practice areas: recruitment and hiring; I-9 and E-Verify compliance; personnel performance management, discipline, and separation issues; wage and hour; nondiscrimination; disability and leave issues; employee privacy; labor relations; credentialing, peer review, and medical staff bylaws; or government contracting.
