The National Consumer Law Center (NCLC) is seeking an experienced attorney to work for economic justice for low-income and other disadvantaged communities as a member of NCLC’s Energy and Utilities Unit. The attorney will support state advocates in the southeast working to advance energy affordability before utility commissions and legislators. The attorney will provide technical assistance for administrative litigation before state utility commissions and will intervene in selected proceedings in conjunction with local advocacy partners.
